Yeah, they've adapted from a 'kill loads of people in EVE and be smug on CAOD' strategy to a 'fail to kill loads of people in EVE, play WoT instead, and whine like little babies on CAOD' strategy.

Well if you want to get technical. I think thier numbers when it comes to killing would still be considered "loads", especially when compared to alot of the corps spewing on this thread.
Perhaps alil "whining" is normal when the current "economy" is proving to be difficult when trying to maintain your acustom living style. In this case the lack of kill overdose. Thier fix isn't being maintained at a level their use to.

You should bring back Shin Ra, he was fairly chilled out.
